AptSay transcribes on-device and never stores audio. Anything the customer tells you about their own customers stays on your CSM's Mac. You can point to the privacy architecture in a security review and move on.

Questions

Does it integrate with Gainsight or ChurnZero?

Not yet — the private beta is designed to be installable by a single CSM without IT involvement. Gainsight / ChurnZero write-back is on the roadmap once we have enough real usage data to know what CS leaders actually want in those tools.

Will it work on recorded webinars or group QBRs?

Yes. AptSay listens to whatever is playing through your Mac's audio. Group calls with five people on the customer side work fine; the transcript attributes speakers and AptSay coaches against the whole room.

What about customers in regulated industries?

Audio stays on the CSM's Mac and is never uploaded. For industries with particularly strict recording rules (financial services, healthcare), you can disable transcript persistence entirely — AptSay will still coach in real time but will not write anything to disk.
